Went by there about 12 years ago when I was in toronto on a kinda "late honeymoon" thing, but did not get to go into the club at the time... Maybe next time I get married, I will get to go in....

CN tower is fun. The glass floor is a little freaky.
I had the most fun at the Second City. Make sure you go.

Club Bass is a MUST if you are able to get out to the Queensway. Also check out Capsule (921 Queen St. W), The 12th Fret (Danforth and Woodbine), or even Long & McQuade (Bloor & Ossington).
Also, if you want to see some good Canadian indie/alt rock, The Weakerthans are playing a free show at Nathan Phillips Square (bundle up!) tomorrow night.
PM me for more detailed directions if you need them.

Steve's Music is on the same street as Capsule. A few blocks down. They have a Lakland there for like...700 bucks. Plays like a dream.
Club Bass always has amazing stuff.
Long and McQuade is great too.
I also suggest the Rex. I don't know who's playing this month though. |
