I took a peek at it here
It seems to be a series of chromatic excercises, each one starting on a different finger. Not very musical, but I'm sure it will get your hands in shape.

Can't hurt to take a look, not sure of the exchange rate - looks a little beyond the going price I normally pay ($18 - $25 US), but, if you want it what the heck. I have a stack of instruction books over three feet high. I really do not want to know what I have invested in those books. Beyond the joy of reading them I got something out of each one. Some more than others, however, all had something of value.

My first thought; who needs 700 riffs? But, if you can pick up eight to ten new ideas that should be worth what the book costs.

Go for it.
