What is this genre; other songs like it?

I'm absolutely in love with everything about that song. It can be meditated to, grooved to; I love the ambiance, I love subtleties, everything. It's powerful, but its calm.

What genre does this belong to? Are there other songs you know that shares the same feel, the same qualities?

Genre-wise, I'd just say "ambient pop". It's slow and isn't really driven by the rhythm section. The name of the group says a lot. You might want to check out some film soundtracks. I would also suggest you check out some Portishead and Morcheeba. Ninja Tune (the label that Cinematic Orchestra are, or were, signed to) are known largely for their trip-hoppy output.
