http://www.zeta.org.au/~dvolkmer/tuneit.html What a great tuner ... accurate to within about 1 cent in less than a second, great display, spectral analysis, time dynamics, harmonic analysis and position of the note on the piano keyboard.
It agrees completely with my Strobostomp, and seems to be as fast and as accurate. Of course you need a computer, but I keep one attached to practice rig for PG music, so this works out nicely.
