I'm a little concerned. I used to order of these guys ALL the time about 2 years ago. They had a flat-rate for international shipping of $5.95 which was excellent. I'd always receive the package in under a week (which is unheard of for international shipments). I used to get a shipping notification in under 24 hours of purchase.

Now I placed another order last week for the first time in ages. All I've got to show for it is my Paypal receipt. No shipping notification with tracking number, since I paid extra for Express Mail International, and no response to my email asking for the tracking info (since orders are supposed to go out within 48 hours of purchase).

And now since this started happening, I've read all sorts of bad stories about them screwing up orders and generally being crap at correspondence.

What happened to the great service this place used to have? I just don't get it.. How can it go from being so great to rubbish? New management perhaps?

I love their service, speed and parts have always been great for me, but being in Ohio, I expected that.

Now, I have called and emailed them before, with no answer. Ever.

Hmmmm, sounds reassuring.

Well it's been 1 week since the order and still no notification of shipping or tracking number. I'll be pretty pissed if I paid for Express shipping and it hasn't even shipped yet.

I placed an order from them in January. I never received any shipping info or anything like that.

I did however email them to add one item that I forgot to order and didn't want to place another order for because shipping to Canada isn't always cheap. Anyway I didn't hear anything back from them but the item was included when my order arrived.

All n' all I like their site and they delivered what I ordered. I little more communication would be nice though.

I'd use them again.
