What in the heck is "neck dive"

In my six years of playing, I've only started to come across this term in the last few months, but I honestly have no idea what it means...

When the neck/headstock of the bass or guitar dips down to the floor when you play standing up.

Heavy neck, the headstock dives for the floor.

Not the same as "redneck dive", like I used to hang out in back in the day.

Some basses have it worse than others.
