I was (obviously) on drums (still like them). But my first
attempt was a tenor sax -- oooohhhh was i ever bad!
Stopped cause the wife HATED it (maybe rightly so).
what did you play and why did you change? |

When I was 16, some older friends were starting a band, and they needed a bass player. Bass players were pretty scarce around here in those days, so I decided to fill the gap - and I'm glad I did. |

As of now, I have 1 soprano, 2 altos, 2 tenors and a baritone. I also have about 20 different mouthpieces, most vintage. I got the bass because I have always liked bass lines and there is not too much in the way of sax in Who or Zeppelin songs... |
