I went to school for video technology (talk about outdated, hey, it was the 80's) and radio production and the school had hundreds of these types of songs on tape for use as background music.

It's either the instrumental background to some 80s thing, like maybe a Sugar Hill Gang rap or something, or else it's the music to some commercial or video game or something.

I like it and it could be played on a bass as well even if it is indeed played on a synthesizer?
That's why I asked if any knew the name, so I could find out more about it. |

| | | | I'm willing to wager a name could be very difficult. In my (admittedly old) experience, music library music songs often have generic names like "Happy Rock #7". If it is from a library it may be difficult to get a name.
