what online store offers the best service? Suggestions?

I am looking to buy an SR1006 online, because none of the local guitar stores have it in stock. I was reading that sweetwater has a 55 point guitar inspection, has anyone have had any kind of experience with them? thanks!

Bass Northwest is great. I dealt with them in person for many years while living in Seattle, but now I still deal with them a lot after moving to Nashville. Great guys, bass-playing staff, great mail order service, and they're an Ibanez dealer. They do a very good setup on the basses before selling them.

I have had good results with American Musical, Zzounds and Sweetwater.

Both Sam Ash and Musician's Friend have dropped the ball for me in a rather significant way at least once.

I've had great experiences with Sweetwater every time I've dealt with them.

BPMmusic.com is also terrific. I bought my Roland electronic drumkit from them and they were absolutely excellent. As far as basses, they only deal Ibanez, but they are really terrific. (They have a bunch of Roland stuff, including the V-Bass system, for *way* less than anyone else.) Their service is top-notch - highly recommended.
