One off the top of my head is the intro to The Big Wave by Tribal Tech on the Illicit album.
When Kirk Covington comes in with that MONSTER drum groove and blows that cheezy smooth jazz intro right out of the water, it is just perfect. I love how they make their collective middle finger musical statement right there.

Ha! Criminally Insane! Yes indeed.

To this day, 25 years after I bought RIB, I still tap out this intro on my steering wheel when I'm stuck in traffic

Love the Dead Kennedys reference. Saw them way back in the day. Oh yeah! California ueber Alles!
Also love that I'm the Slime intro. Saw FZ the first time of many when that album first came out. After Hendrix and Jeff Beck, Zappa is my favorite guitarist of all time.

Anyone ever remember seeing Gino Vanelli on Soul Train way back in the 70's. He may have been the first caucasian on the show? Anyway, that's the first time I'd heard of him. Is he still around?

It remains my favorite basslines of all time, and my favorite bass tone of all time. Super crunchy.

AC/DC Shook Me All Night Long has got to be up there. Every single person in every club can name that tune in a few notes.

The intro to "Hollywood Swinging" was so good that Mase was able to use it as the awesome intro for one of his big hits back in the 90's.

Definitely agree.

I'm surprised no one's mentioned "Welcome to the Jungle" by Gn'R or "Holy Wars" by Megadeth, the former being a great way to get any sports stadium to burst into cheers and the latter being good enough to open MTV news segments for a decade.
