More recently I have actually started listening to more indie rock, currently hooked on the song Timeless by The Airborne Toxic Event. Also I am starting to give mainstream radio a chance again. If it ain't rock then I find myself listening to more top 40 pop more and more......OH GOD WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME!??

Recently I've been listening to bands like in flames, soilwork, and iced earth. these bands sounded totally awesome and they became a part of my musical influences with my new band. also I've been listening to iced earth because I play in an iced earth tribute band. I have a friend who's an iced earth fan and one day he told me that he's gonna start a band and then he asked if I be interested in joining. I agree to do so and that's where the iced earth tribute band began. so far it's been great and a lot of people really digs us. I know this is not a share your band kind of thread, but here are the facebook pages of the bands that I'm currently in.

Born of the wicked(iced earth tribute)

Feel free to check them out. if you like these bands, like us and tell your friends about us.

I've been re-enjoying Van Morrison's "Moondance" CD. Great album, and some very tasteful basslines throughout. Fun to play along with.
