I'm listening to nothing but the gentle clicking of my fingers on the keyboard as the write this pointless message. It sounds good though, as I type with fine style.

I'm also listening to the Flying Foxes and Possums fight over my mangos. Luckily, I have a lot a mango trees, so they leave me plenty.

Right now am listening to the cooling fan in my notebook computer....it's kind of a white noise...almost soothing.

I could be quite happy with mango trees....and mangos.

Hey MarkMgibson...what is the season down that way right now? Aren't you just coming out of Summer?

We have 3 big persimmon trees. You gotta pick those at just the right time or the fruit
is bitter. Usually around early November is when we get a couple of thousand ripe persimmons. There are so many we can't figure out what to do with them all but the critters and dogs love them.

It's late summer here, but it's been a strange season. No rain at all early in the summer, and recently it hasn't stopped raining. I'm no expert in horticulture, but the fruit trees have ripened a lot later that usual. Still plenty of mangos on the trees, and those things are like gold. I trade them to neighbours for all sorts of good produce.

I'm thinking of netting the trees next year to keep the critters away.

I'm with you there but I dig Elvin Bishop alot. Ever heard "Struttin' My Stuff" with him, Warren and Derek Trucks? Pretty cool tune.

"Kikazaru" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viUMlaQzpwk), instrumental song from Alberto Rigoni's latest album "Three Wise Monkeys" (http://albertorigoni.bandcamp.com/)

The vibe certainly does put one in a mood.
