ON your bass Do you leave it flat? If you have a bass with a blend control do you leave it flat?

What about your amp? Is it also flat?

Guitar Amp- Bass cut, otherwise flat. However, I'm still dialing in at the moment.

Board: +3dB from 180-340Hz, otherwise flat.
Bass (Fender P): Tone adjusted to taste, usually around 8 or 9 out of 10, depends on the room.

I'm one of those scooped guys.

It works for me. The rest of the guys in the band like it. Sound guys have never mentioned it being bad.

I leave my bass set to bridge p/up, flat EQ. Amp set with the typical "smiley face."

Bah! I started a thread on this a while back that failed miserably...

But my tone knob is full on, and on my amp, my bass and treble are slighty boosted, and my low and high mids are at about eighty and ninety percent respectivley.
