Mine will always be the beginning bass riff to Rush's Cygnus X-1. It is simple, but very effective; it still give me goosebumps.

The Rise Against intro in the first video sounds almost exactly like the middle part of Rime of the Ancient Mariner by Iron Maiden. Guess their bassist is a Steve Harris fan

I've always like the bass line/intro to "how Many More Times" it's so simple yet somehow infectous!

not sure if its my absolute favorite, but I've always loved Attention by The Raconteurs. Jack Lawrence is an incredible bassist.
