Everyone's got to show off here and there. What's your favorite "show off songs" that aren't even that difficult?

I like playing Victor Wooten's "You Can't Hold No Groove". I can play the main groove and the chorus near perfectly, and IMO it's not really that hard. Everyone who hears/sees me play it always flips out cause it sounds crazy. You just gotta be able to do the double-pop.

Agreed. Moondance is a pleaser and you can go on tangents if you want.

He asked for songs that aren't even that difficult. YYZ is hard. Really hard.

I do solos, like bassically and anesthesia.

It's not an easy song, but it's not as hard as you think. Btw, Teen Town is a good one.

Non Jazz:
Lady Marmalade LaBelle
Ramble On Led Zeppelin
Town Called Malice The Jam (basically a Motown rip off)
Bombtrack RATM
Show Me How To Live Audioslave

There's a mixture not too hard. Harder but impressive I like:
Brick House Commodores

I'm all over the place man.

Sorry..it does have some difficult parts in it but the main part of it is really pretty simple once you learn how to double thump.

La Villa Strangiato, and YYZ. Portrait of Tracy is easier than it sounds, too. Chick Corea's Spain is fairly impressive, also, and simple with a little practice.

Brick house is a good one. The main riff is groovy, but not difficult to play. There's a little popping and some short fills that sound good but aren't difficult to play.

Play something with tapping, if you play with your both hands in the neck of the bass people will see you like these:
my recomendation is:
Stu Hamm - Moonlight Sonata
Stu Hamm - Country Music (A Night To Hell )
Stu Hamm - Kings of sleep (The most easy song of stu)

or just go and buy and overdrive
