| If all that is true (which it certainly seems to be), I don't know how the maintain business. Furthermore, I don't know why someone hasn't gone over there and trashed their shop. Someone claiming to be the store's owner posted on bassgear.com a few days ago saying something to the effect of 'We don't know much about basses, so don't blame us if you don't get what you asked for. We're tired of all the whiners.' Never mind that this is professionally unethical; it's just a terrible thing to say period. It's a wonder no one's taken this up with the Better Business Bureau.
