Howdy.

Wasn't sure which forum to put this in, but I was wondering what everyone's recommendations are for a good drum machine.

Thanks!
Andrew

I use a drummer friend of mine that does complete drum tracks for 17 bucks a pop!
He also has complete rock drum tracks in song format. I think it is like 18 tracks for 15 bucks.
PM me if you would like his info.

I have an Alesis SR-16 that I got from ebay - not too expensive and it works for me.

For programming ease/versatility, a Yamaha RX11. For sounds, a Linn 9000. Neither has been made for a couple decades though...

In hindsight, I feel my post was off topic. Sorry for that.

Yamaha RY30 it had a mod wheel and some sweet synth sounds
you could manipulate the samples in real time and the seq. would remember what you did
very cool...hard to find
