What's your oldest accessory?

I'm sure this isn't a record, surely in the past I've had guitar cables at least this old, but I just realized a few days ago that not only is my beloved Cort Curbow 5 over 12 years old, it still has the original Levi's strap that my girlfriend at the time picked out to match it, and the strap is still like new. It's not been up in a case either, been on one stand or another in my music room so I can grab and record with it, and when not there it's been taken to church to play. Guess that's a good ad for Levi straps

I also have a leather strap from my very first bass - 1994 vintage thin leather strap. Still has the curled snake (ala don't tread on me) sticker I put on it back in the day. Alas, it has been sitting in my damp basement for a few months and has accumulated some mildew.

I still have the tuning fork I used to tune with before I could afford my first electronic tuner.

EDIT: The original gig bag, strap, and cord I bought with my first bass are long gone.

I have a 4003 that I bought about 20 years ago. I own a strap that predates that bass by 2 basses. Musta been '86 - '87.........

I also own a couple of 10" speaker cubes from a local legend type band that used to be big around here in the 60's and 70's. I kind of inherited those.

I still have the strap that my Dad bought me to go with the bass that I'd saved up to buy, 33 years ago.

I bought a cheap, wide strap in '86 that was pretty stiff, but it was nice and wide and I figured the leather would break in.

Hundreds of gigs, jams and rehearsals later, I'm still waiting....

A 2x15 Kustom Tuck and Roll cab made in '74 or '75.... I bought it in 1983.

I play a Peavey Firebass 700 or a MB Little Mark II through it and it sounds like million bux....

And yet another old strap - still have a leather Fretsling strap from around '81 which my dad bought for me (along with my first bass - a Peavey T-40 - nice wide strap was not a luxury item ).

I still have (and use) the first strap I ever owned, a black nylon thing from '92 or so.

I sold my first patch cables before moving to a new house a couple of months ago...all in working condition (then I bought a bunch of recording equipment and had to buy new patch cables...argh).

I have a Bobby Lee strap that was on my dad's first acoustic guitar he bought before he left on a Navy Frigate for Vietnam. He bought it to pass the time while on the boat, and he was a hippie. : ) It has yellow orange and red all woven and looks awesome on my Fiesta Red & Maple Precision.

He is still alive btw.

My number one strap was my dad's. Not sure how old it is, but I'm pretty sure he had it before I was born, and probably more like the early 70's. I'd imagine that it's about 40 years old (I'm 33). I've had it since I was ~9 and I use it every day and it's in excellent condition. Full-grain leather, but super soft and supple. My dad still has the original strap on his '69 Gibson 12-string that he bought new in '69. He still plays it, too.

I still have parts of a 60ies cheap guitar that belonged to my uncle. They now serve in my self made lap steel guitar, since the guitar itself was some unplayable japanese piece of cheap wood.
Pickup, bridge, string retainer, volume pot, jack and tuners have found a new purpose.

I bought a cheap Arion tuner in 90-91. Probably not my oldest accessory, but certainly taken the most beating and still works great. The battery cover fell off and was lost when dropped around 93, held battery in with black ductape until around 95, then superglued a plastic 9-volt holder on the end and used that. It has been reglued twice after different falls, but still maintains 440 perfectly. Lost it at least 2 different times only to find it in a gig bag or cord bag that hadn't been used in months-years.I've had and lost probably 4-6 other tuners since, but the Arion still works great.

Forgot to mention, the input jack hasn't worked in 5-10 years, but the output jack is parallel so I just use that. Yes, I am pretty cheap and have a hard time getting rid of things.
