When Is Bass Day?

I was just wondering about Bass Day? Is it every year? Once a year? Where is it? Just wondering.

Also, since I live so close, the first annual Detroit Bass Fest that happened in October was pretty frickin awesome. Hopefully it will be a yearly thing and draw even more people in.

I'd still love to attend Bass Day 2005, if it even exists.
