When your band boots you for no apparent reason.

Hey guys,

I haven't been active on here much.
My (former) band and I were on tour for the last month.

We toured europe and everything was pretty decent. I mean you spend 30 days with the same people.. and eventually everyone gets on everyones nerves.

Things were going fine.

Until last night.
When I guess they booted me out.
No reason given..

You think you're dealing with mature musicians.
I guess people can surprise you.

Just venting I suppose.
Your thoughts are welcome.

Confront them about it and demand the reason why they gave you the boot.

They had a reason, but just didn't tell you.

Maybe they didn't want to hurt your feelings?

Its possible.
They just aren't really the type to take feelings into account.

We were touring in europe for a month.
The one thing I noticed.. was the moment someone *be it a promoter, club owner, other band member* disagreed with their consensus.. they were immediately considered "a clown" or "a wannabe"

I'm by no means a fantastic bass player.
But I'm pretty sure my skills were not the issue.

Anyways.. still feels like a slap to the face.

But I read another thread on here about someone going through the same thing. It helped alot.
