from where to buy the peterson stroborack tuner (europe)

the title says it all, i am searching but it seems no one sells the rack mount peterson tuner.. can anyone help me? i prefer to buy it from europe due to taxes.

i already looked in the peterson site but the rack is not listed to buy.. I sent an email but they are ignoring me.
