| Where should I plug in my pedal?

I wasn't sure where to put this,
I play my bass through a zoom b2.1 multieffects pedal into a fender rumble 60 when Im not at school and I just noticed last nite there is an effects loop on the fender amp, should I run the pedal through that loop instead of just going from the pedal to the input on the amp?
