Who has been the greatest live act ever?

The Stones, U2, Bruce Springsteen, Madonna, Queen, Pink Floyd, Bowie, Nirvana or someone else?

This Day in Music have just started a poll to find out. If you fancy voting for who you think should win go to http://www.thisdayinmusic.com

You can vote for any act, just go to 'other' on the list.

No Zep? Pink Floyd, Rush (back when Geddy still used amps on stage), Queensryche on ther Building Empires tour was amazing, saw Pantera when Dimebag snapped off the headstcok on the ML he was playing but thanks to the clamping nut stayed in tune, many other memorable concerts but nothing recent.

Kiss, just for the over-the-top cheese factor.

I've seen a lot of big acts over the years - Floyd, Rush, Stones etc. - but one act that stands out as far as a wild stage show was Fishbone. I saw them in a fairly intimate setting and they really created a party atmosphere. We even helped a guy in a wheelchair crowd surf.

My favorite band of all-time. In their prime they really could not be beat!

Norwood Fisher is a great bass player. When I saw them he had his hair styled into a curving point from front to back and his beard styled in a curve forward that almost touched his hair(imagine a half moon) and all he was wearing was a black garbage bag. Hilarious. But the guy can play.

I think Michael Jackson had one of the greatest live tours ever during his heyday! Earth, Wind & Fire is another act that blew me away back in the day (when Verdine was actually playing)! Chicago was another killer live act!
