I always have GAS for a Telecaster. I can't justify buying one, though.

Non-bass GAS?

Dude, I've got GAS of ALL Kinds...In addition to about 6-10 cool basses I'd like theres:

1...A good guitar amp (A VOX AC30 would suffice)
2...A G2D guitar pedal (for use on a guitar)
3...A good electronic drumset (Yamaha or Roland, preferred)
4...A good electronic Piano (again, Yamaha or Roland)
5...Some good recording gear
6...A ROOM to house all this stuff

That's just the music GAS...I won't go beyond that.

I always have baritone guitar gas. I think its to finish up my collection. I have classical, 12-string, acoustic, electric bass, double bass, and a electric guitar at home.

I've been gasing for a guitar for some time, and when a relative had a guitaramp he didn't need, I got myself a CIC (yeah, nowadays they don't make them, they craft them ) Squier Stratocaster. It's black with maple neck, 70's big headstock, and the bloody thing has even got some FLAME on the back of the neck. When compared to my friends '95 Squier Strat, buildquality isn't of the same worlds. Squier has really gotten better over the last 12 years

Other than that, my most major non-bass gas is a Alto Sax. If I get my laptop sold, I'll be buying one this summer. But first in line is a new Fender MIJ Jazz Bass.

I always GAS for drumkits.....
Recently I've played a realy cool Gretch Drumkit.
When I'll have more space in my house, guess with what I'm going to fill it?

And keyboards is my biggest GAS of them all.....Honestly, who does'nt want a Minimoog, Hammond B2 and Fender Rhodes in his house?

Dang, two other guys who GAS for a Tele! I want one as well, but I do maybe 3-4 guitar gigs a year so I just use the same old Kramer Focus III Strat copy and the Epiphone pawnshop special plywood acoustic I've used for years and save my GAS for basses.

In the long term....I would like to live here.

but in the meantime, I would like to acquire the following guitars:

Guitars:

Agile 12 String Les Paul
ESP Eclipse NT with factory installed Bigsby....rather get this than '59 LP Goldtop anyday.....
Fender Showmaster (SSS & HH- DiMarzio DropSonic in the Bridge )

Gibson Blueshawk with Maestro tremolo
Gibson Custom Shop 12-String ES-446 Plaintop
The same Gretsch 12 String Duo Jet with Bigsby John Entwistle had in his book Bass Culture...
Gibson Les Paul Special SL with Bigsby
Jackson Kelly Custom 'Fire Serpent'
Switch Aurora 12-String

I don't think I've forgotten anything....a new bass might be nice.

I really love Gibson guitars, especially their Les Paul models. I'd love to get a Les Paul Black Beauty, but nobody can afford those. I suppose I could go for the Epiphone version, or better yet, have a regular Les Paul customised to look like a Black Beauty. To a lesser extent, I also like the SG/Flying V/Explorer models. One of my friends has guitar GAS as well. He loves the Gibson SG's and Marshall amplification.

I also have GAS for guitar pedals. Like, I'd so want a Digitech Whammy pedal, a Dunlop Crybaby, a BOSS DD-3...any pedal that is even close to what Tom Morello uses.

Oh man, where do I begin??

The Contraforte (Contrabassoon):

Loree English Horn:

This Hurdy Gurdy:

A Nyckelharpa:

Other random instruments I would love to have include an irish bouzouki, a viola da gamba (the more strings, the better), and a shawm. Yeah yeah, I know I'm a weird instrument-loving freak (and I love it).

I've been GASsing for an Alto Sax for years. Someday I'll get one, and get some lessons for it too. (to spare the neighbours )

A Gibson Flying-V is also on my "Get someday" list. Until then, my ESP Eclipse I will do just nicely.

I'm always gassing for shop equipment. Next will be a really expensive, big metal cutting bandsaw to replace my somewhat expensive metal cutting bandsaw

I know, not very exciting but it helps support my bass gass
