As a band member, I'd say the guitarist, and that's what I voted. My twinbrother plays keys, but he can sometimes be a bit difficult to deal with in a band as he's got at least as strong opinions on various things as I have. And they're far from always the same.
However on a personal plane, he's always going to be my best and closest friend.
I get along with the drummer very well on a personal plane, but as a band member he's a bit lazy and doesn't really do his homework. He's an awesome drummer otherwise.
Anyway, I think I get along with everyone pretty well, and as the guitarist have said a couple of times, there's a great mutual respect between all band members, although we all have very different personalities. Mutual respect is probably the most important thing in a band if it wants to survive.
