Wohoo, we're playing at the Inferno festival!

The Inferno festival is, arguably, Norway's larget metal festival, and it has quite a reputation abroad as well. And, this year, we're playing! I'm really looking forward to it. Here's the full lineup (we're all the way down towards the bottom, but still)

Thanks. They're not all death metal, no, but most are from the so-called 'extreme' metal genre, that is, doom, thrash, death and black metal, and the occasional grindcore outfit.

Swedish DM? Nah... I like the Norwegian bands more (and of course, the good ol' classics from the States).

Well, the usual way, I guess. Sending promo packages every year (up till now without any luck), releasing a good album and slowly building a reputation as a solid live band here in Norway.

Congratulations on the gig. I'm actually a fan of you guys and have had Doomscapes for a bit now. Have fun at the show. Negura Bunget should be great live.

Glad to hear you like your Doomscapes! Where are you from, dude?

Hope I get to see Negura B., but I don't know if I'll make since they play right after us at another stage.

I live in the United States, Richmond VA to be exact. I didn't know that Inferno used the two stage system, I really don't like when festivals do that. I guess they don't really have any other choice though. Have a good time man, Inferno is a pretty big deal so congratulations again.

I really liked that Congregation of the Damned song - doom should be droning and f*ugly! At first I found it kind of odd that you've opened for Katatonia, at least in their current incarnation, but when I heard the rest I'd say you have quite varied material! Keep it up

It was great. The festival was, as always, great fun, and lots of great bands played. My favourite gig was Obliteration (who stepped in for Ramesses at a moment's notice). Cult of Luna were awesome too. Our gig went well, with a good crowd and decent sound. There are some videos at youtube, should you be interested. Check out the three topmost hits from this search: http://www.youtube.com/results?searc...rch_type=&aq=f

Any news for your band?
