My band Woodfish is playing The Hard Rock Café in NYC this Thursday and we could use your support if you’re in the City that night. We are a bass influenced rock band and we got picked to perform at The Hard Rock Café’s Rolling Rock Town Fair band search this Thursday Jun 10th. If we are picked in 2 more rounds of the search we will open for Velvet Revolver, Staind , Disturbed, N.E.R.D., The Crystal Method, Hoobastank, Sevendust, Finch, Finger Eleven, Three Days Grace and a bunch of other bands at the Latrobe, PA-area's Rolling Rock Town Fair. The second round is on the 24th. It will be tough winning the whole thing but we are mostly just real excited to be able to play the show. We not really local to the NYC scene so it will be tough for us bring our crowd. Judging is based on attendance and voting. The most important thing, as always, is to have fun playing. Anyway, we’re going to play our hearts out so if you’re in NYC and want to see a cool show, stop down and check it out. Maybe give some support. We’re on around 11:45pm.
