Working with guitars/equipment

Does anyone know any really good sites that teach how to fix up, build, fine tune, or just mess around with things on guitars, amps, etc. I'm just curious because one day I may want to have a little shop that works on guitars and stuff. Also, what does someone have to do to become "fender certified" and what exactly does that mean.
