aside from the title, no its really not worth it in my opinion. and the title of this thread is misleading, because thats not what i meant. just wanted to share this. not looking to buy it or anything.
yes, i know its not a bass, but it struck me as odd.

there is only 60 ever made, made from 100 year old pine, every one is unique.
so it may be "worth it", but for a museum piece not a player. |

That being said, I will give a plug to the folks at The Music Zoo. They're real nice people to deal with. Very helpful, and they gave me the best deal I could find anywhere on a beautiful Montezuma Brown Ric 4003 back in '05. I don't have it anymore, but the Music Zoo guys were fantastic.

I must have completely missed the fake part.
Reliced is a complete and utter NONO for me.
It's either old or it isn't if it pretends to be it's just another pathetic fake too many of which are out there already I recon...
But as always... each to their own

It looks better in person with the tort binding visible. It's a 2000 model. One of the guitar players in our band has a nice Gibson Les Paul, but every time he comes to my house, all he wants to do is play that Tele!
