WST-523 Clip Tuner - Cheap but good!

I've bought WST-523 clip tuner form local internet shop at about $11 including shipping.

http://www.cherubtechnology.com/epro....php?proid=222

Here is some specs.

Power: 3V 2032 cell battery

Tuning item: C, F, Bb, Eb, G(uitar), B(ass), V(iolin), Cu(Ukulele in C), Du(Ukulele in D) - C is chromatic tuner.

Flat key: b, bb

Range: A0(27.5Hz) - a3(1760Hz)

A4 range: 433 - 447Hz

Accuracy: +/- 5% - My Korg DTR-1000 is +/- 1%

So far your average clip tuner.

But...

It has 3 different bright LCD color.

Orange: low

Green: in tune

Red: high

So you just need to look the color only when tuning.

Tuning accuray is not the best, but response time is as good as my Korg DTR-1000 rack tuner.

Not the sexist looking clip tuner in the market, but at $11 including sh/h, I'm very satisfied.

Because it uses vibration of instrument itself, you can tune your bass at 0 volume or not plugged

I've bought this tuner as the present for my guitardist who NEVER tunes his axe during rehearsal, but my mind is changing
