Yamaha 01V Mixer

...one of the older 48khz models...

Any good? Pros/cons?

My main board has been acting up, and I saw one of these on Ebay, locally with a $700 BIN. Though I'm strapped for cash, if the Yamaha would be a good board, perhaps I'd spring for it.
