Yay for new Hipshot bridge and Ampeg Cabinet!

I ordered the Hipshot Supertone bridge for my Thunderbird two weeks ago and it just came in. Yeah! I'm happy to have strings back on it.

I had originally ordered an Acoustic B410 cab to match my Acoustic B200H but it was backordered until April! So, I canceled it.. and after spending way too much time online looking at speaker cabinets, I found this used Ampeg BSE410 at my local Guitar Center.

I headed up there and brought in my main bass (Squier Vintage Modified Jaguar). After going back and forth between it and a Peavey Headliner 410 I went with the Ampeg. I have a show on Friday so we'll see how it does. I'm excited!

I have always been impressed with Hipshot products, especially their bridges.

It is absolutely a nice piece. I have a set of Hipshot tuners on my Strat as well, and the quality is top notch.
