| | | | Your Dream Band?
Sign in to disble this ad
What would make your dream band? What 4 musicians, combined, do you think would be the greatest band ever? Sorta like, What's the ultimate possible combination of band members? In your opinion of course. Oh, and please state name, what instrument they play, what band they're from, and what genre the band would be. Oh, and between 3-5 members, no orchestras. Mine would be:
Steve Harris on bass - Iron Maiden
Marty Friedman on guitar - Megadeth, on Rust in Peace and some others
Lars Ulrich on drums - Metallica (note: the lars ulrich that was playing on AJFA, man that album had great drums)
Bobby "Blitz" Ellsworth on vocals - Overkill
They would play Thrash metal, really well.
Note: Of course, there's the issue of band chemistry, songwriting, personality clash, etc. But screw all that, this is just for fun!
Note2: Of course, there is no true ultimate band, therefore I am automatically adding IMO to every post. Just, you know, imagine. |

Metal is only a portion of what I listen to (I'm a big fan of classical, embarassingly enough), but I'm in a metal mood today, which explains all of the bands being metal/hard rock.
Band #4 would be an incredible instrumental band. Maybe one of them will read this...
