Yeah, none of that highfalutin fancypants three-chord garbage! Post your favorite songs that have two chords or less.

G minor and F major but no one would look down on you for playing this: Yuri da Cunha kuma directed by dj marcell - YouTube

Eb minor and Bb minor IIRC: Santigold - Shove It - YouTube

And a one-chord groove: Ray Wylie Hubbard - Snake Farm - YouTube

I had to Google two chord songs. I saw a list of 85 or so, but The Beatles, Paperback Writer was listed so I'll go with that. But they also list America, Horse With No Name, which I'm sure doesn't qualify! So who knows!

There's probably a lot more that I like, I just haven't realized they're only two chords yet, but one of my favourites to play is:

"Arctic Monkeys - A Certain Romance"
Bmaj7, Emaj7

All of Remain in Light, and (not coincidentally) much of Fela's best work are one chord songs.

But not only two.

There's the little interlude that occurs before the last verse with the brief guitar solo going into the verse. About four or more right there.

You must play it the way my buddy plays it at the acoustic jams...he totally skips that part!

This. Plus
'Covered in Rain' (John Mayer)
'Waiting in Vain' (Yeah, I know the bridge but still)
'So Fresh So Clean' (Outkast)

Anything by Junior Kimbrough...well, he actually never played more than 1 chord..so good though.
