Who do you like? For me, it's these guys.
Please don't use this to plug your own band. I'm interested in unsigned bands that you aren't affiliated with that you like.

Sorry.

My favorite band right now is "Lemuria." You can listen to their music here:

http://myspace.com/lemuria

or here

http://www.punknews.org/bands/lemuria

The song "Pants" is beautiful and I listen to it at least once a day.

I really dig Maps and Atlases. I actually don't listen to many unsign bands, but I'm really getting into math rock at the moment and I like the way these guys do it best.

There are so many.... but I always like to plug my all-time fave punk band Thee Armitage Shanks: http://www.myspace.com/theearmitageshanks

And recently I've become hooked on Graham Day and the Gaolers: http://www.myspace.com/grahamdayandthegaolers

I would love to start a band like either one (or a cross between the two, perhaps?)

Must give a plug for Gabby Young. Awesome voice. Her current stuff is more Jazz driven, but the stuff she was doing a couple of years ago was quite world music influenced indie. Not my style at all, but she sounds amazing (and really cool/friendly too).
