have you guys (yes and gals) given thought to ear protection? i haven't worn plugs for sometime and recently i have started to think about it. I have not developed any tinnitus or anything like that, but after a discussion with my drummer who is betting me i have hearing loss above 16K, I am starting to wonder.

what do you use if you do?

we probably play in the 100dB range once a week
