Hey guys. I'm wondering what you guys use at home for music listening. I need a good sound system, so I can hear the bass and such. So, what are you using?
I'm 19, living in college dorm apartments, and my system is somewhere between decent and sub-par. I have a Kenwood 103ar receiver plugged into a pair of 37-year old JBL Control 4311 12" Control Monitors. Yes, 37 years old. They were my Dad's when he was in college, and now I'm using them at my dorm.
I like them, but I don't have a subwoofer, and these things are definitely lacking in bass punch.
