I'm hoping this is the right place to post links to YouTube videos. If not, cut me some slack and I'll PM a Mod to find the right place.

Here's a video of my 11 year old son with his 1st busking experience at the Seattle Center this weekend. We were there for the Folklife festival. He brought along his Ibanez GAX-70 and my MicroCube. He played for about 35 minutes and made $28. Was hoping for more but Security (aka "The Man") stopped by and said that *any* kind of amplification was verboten so we had to turn the amp off. Bastages! Of course, we couldn't hear her due to the 17 conga drums and the 15 kettle drums that were wailing away across the sidewalk, but whatever.

We'll be returning for the Bumbershoot festival this summer. We hear that the Bumbershoot folks may be more friendly about a little amplification.
