2xbasslist active?

Hi.
Yesterday I tried to subscribe to the 2xbasslist but got an error condition message stating that "List 2XBASSLIST is locked by owner...".
Does anyone know if the list is still active?

I guess it's my ineptitude with computers, but I find 2x unreadable, annoying as hell to navigate. And, as with all fora, it has its resident blowhards.
