Andrew Hill RIP

I've just read that Andrew Hill has passed away.
One of the all time great pianists and composers.
I believe he had been fighting cancer for years.
RIP.

Yeah, I just heard a few moments ago (on mainstream AM radio, no less!)... it was an odd mix of satisfaction that Andrew Hill was getting mentioned on radio for the masses, and sadness at his passing. What a true artist he was.
