This year's IAJE (Internation Association for Jazz Education) is being held in Manhattan. Anyone else going? Let's grab a cold one! I'll be bringing the wife this year so she can share in the fun, too. We'll be the ones in the blue suits.

Rufus is doing a clinic about the Evolving Bassist, Michele Camilo, The Heath Brothers, The Dave Holland Quintet, Bill Mays trio, Robert Hurst trio, Mulgrew Miller, and a million others are playing.... Dave Freisen is playing a solo set....

I'm pretty stoked! Anyone else going to be there?
