Audacity question

Hello Folks,

I'm not very smart with computers and even worse with recording programs.

So bassically what I want to be able to do is this.

I recorded a concert onto Audacity and it is around 55 minutes long.

Is there an easy way to put track listings for different songs so it is not in one big chunk.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Yes. You need to create a new file for each song.

1) open the 55 min piece and also a new blank one.

2) select the chunk that you want as a separate piece.

3) Copy

4) Paste into new file

5) Open another blank file for track 2

repeat

I think I might be able to handle that.
