Bassists who drive Scion xBs

Can an upright fit in them without moving the front passenger seat forward?

Scion

Marilyn Fung of the Windsor Symphony has one so it must fit a bass. I'm not sure about the not folding the sit though. You could always go to a dealership.

I'll know in a couple of weeks when my bass arrives...

What I really want to know is: will a bass + at least my Bergantino HT-210S cab fit in there?

Thumbs up

My bass fits easily in my xb. Both rear seats go flat and the neck slides between the front seats, bass flat on it's back.
You can stow more gear easily if you put the bass on it's side. I have transported a lot of gear this way [8 channel PA head, speakers, stands, instruments etc. ]. It is a great vehicle for gigging. Easy to park as well.

Last night the drummer of my trio gave me a ride home. He drives an XB. My bass fit fine. We put one of the back seats down and the scroll was right between the front seats. Plenty of room for a cab + some other stuff.

If i end up getting a vehicle, one of these is high on my list.

all the best.
