Birdland 21st-24th

If any NY guys are in town and off this week, I'll be at Birdland with John Abercrombie's quartet. I'm lucky to be subbing for Marc Johnson. The rest of the band is Mark Feldman and Joey Baron. They're all great musicians and it should be a good time. Come watch me hanging on for dear life.

Oh man, what a great band...you included, Big Mac. Enjoy, and let us know afterwards. I love Joey Baron, too bad he's afraid to really hit the drums...

I've said it before; I LIVE TOO FRICKIN' FAR FROM Y'ALL!!!

You've played with John before though, right? Dint you have a hit with him up in Peekskill?

I'll try to be there Saturday night...

I've played with John here and there over the last 4 years or so. Some festivals, gigs in Philly, Boston, and at the Jazz Standard. Hope to see you at Birdland
