Bremen, Germany: Bass Teacher/ Composition

I'm looking to get some help finding a bass teacher for either jazz or classical (hopefully both)and a composition teacher. I'll be there for a year. Also, how do rates for lessons in Europe/Germany compare with the United States. Before I parted ways with my teacher here I was paying $50 a month.
