Cakewalk Guitar Tracks Softwear

I was looking at the Guitar Tracks softwear in Best Buys the other day. It looked interesting. It seems to function like a cheap multi-track recorder. My question is has anyone used this and does it work with bass. The website says it "works with any electric guitar," but does that mean bass, too?

well i was looking at that also online i cant remember were but it looked like it was only set up for electric guitars...by the way do you know of any compter tutorals that teach the bbasics???
