I'm at Andy's Fri and Sat from 5pm-8:30pm and fellow TBer and sax/bass extraordinaire Mike Karn (milmo) is at the same club for the 9:30pm-1am set.

Friday I'm at Catch 35 from 6-9PM (State and Wacker downtown, a couple blocks from Andy's) with Rob Parton and your old homeboy, Steve Million and at 10:00PM I'm playing at Katarinas (1920 W Irving Park) with the Jeff Marx Quartet (excellent tenor player).

Saturday, back at Catch 35, same time. You're welcome to sit-in at Catch 35.

Is Mike playing tenor or bass? His tenor playing is absolutely wonderful, not to be missed.

I'm with the Chris Greene Quartet 5pm-8:30pm

Mike is being back by the Jordan Baskin Trio from 9:30pm-1am

I'm sticking around after our set. Jordan's trio is killin' and I'm looking forward to hearing Mike live.

Sunday already?

Sorry for starting this lovefest and disappearing. We came up to help my son get moved into his new 300' studio apt. In the process our car got towed. Who knew that sign nailed to the fence behind the tree behind the abandoned building said 'No Parking'?
Kinda killed the evening.
We've moved on to Wisconsin to my Bro's family.
I hope to see you Chicago guys soon.
