Dave Brubeck with Michael Moore

I just got home from the show at the Orpheum in Vancouver. It was terrific!

If you get a chance to see the Dave Brubeck Quartet with Moore on bass, Bobby Militello on alto and Randy Jones on drums do yourself a favour......Brubeck at 87 is a little slow getting around the stage and his voice is wearing out but his playing was great and he's very good at working an audience.

Saw Dave and his sons in Flint Michigan in the early '70's. It was a memorable experience. One of the best concerts I have seen.
