But seriously, you want a good healthy habit? How about just getting a full nights rest every night. Probably beats any snack hands down.

I can only dream about that. .... last time I flew to a gig, the ticket agent took a look under my eyes, and charged me for extra baggage.

That's right, and after you have trashed your body with drugs and alcohol to the point that the brain and motor functions of your body are mis-firing and yer axe went to the pawn shop, the music will stay with you no matter. At least for a while.

So treating practice as a 24/7 proposition requires that you do right by your body. Whatever that means for you.
