Hi. I'm Crissy, I don't know if this is allowed here but I am going to give it a try. I play upright and electric basses as well as tuba (triple-threat :P).
My wind ensemble has been selected to play at Carnegie Hall in April of 2013 and I am working hard trying to raise funds. I have to raise $1,600 total just to go on the trip, and I have created a donation page to raise the other half. (I have $800 raised already!)
I will be leading a 3 member tuba section for this performance.
Any ideas on how I can get this page more exposure? If this is the wrong place to do it, I apologize.
